We will prepare the following menus that include but are not limited to: Monday: Mexico - Chicken Enchiladas - Mexican Rice - Mexican Street Corn Cups - Conchas Tuesday: Italy - Homemade Pasta w/ Marinara Sauce - Garlic Breadsticks - Cannoli Cupcakes Wednesday: Sweden - Swedish Meatballs - Mashed Potatoes - Kladdkaka (Sticky Chocolate Cake)
